A very good evening to all of you, most of the region of Indian subcontinent is wet in the rain and enjoying this beautiful season. I hope that you people are also making fun with joy and feeling the nature's love..
Today, during the rain, i was just reminded about the incident that happened which made me to think about our selves.
It was a summer morning and I was going to New Delhi from Kanpur, a big city in north India. Since it was a decision made by me to go New Delhi in hurry , therefore i could not manage to get the reservation and thought that i would get a berth in train; but when the train arrived , I simply thought - I am a dead man now""""!!!
The train was fully packed with people and due to huge rush, it was nearly impossible to me to get a berth in train.
However, I had to go to my destination at any rate, that's why , I prayed to God and entered the train, actually i should say I struggled much .
In India , you can easily see huge rush in trains and people also sit on the roof of the trains!!!
Anyways, I managed my self to get a berth and with very proud attitude i sat on it. But alas!!!
this happy moment was not long lasting. A family came and they requested me to leave their seat as that was a reserved one.I stood up and like other people who were standing in the compartment , I joined them.
Now I was upset because i had to travel about 400 Km. with my standing position which was going to be very though situation for me.
After 1 hour of the starting of the journey, few boys got into the train, they were students . I talked with them and during our conversation soon I realized that they were jolly nature d and helping personalities.
As i mentioned above, there was huge rush , thats why those boys started to help old ladies and children by providing seats. They were simply asking to another passengers to adjust themselves so that those ladies and children could also get a seat.
But as a bitter truth, nobody wants to help others and the same thing happened that day. A lady whose seat was reserved, denied to adjust her seat with a pregnant lady and started saying that "" why don't you people make your reservations, if you are facing problems??"""
I was shocked by listening such comment from that lady because i could not think ever that a woman can also be so hard hearted.
Anyways, those boys tried to get a seat for her by asking another passengers. But more bad face of our human kind can be easily seen that day. A person , who was traveling with her family, scolded on boys and said " why are you people doing social service?? all of you are just disturbing others""""
Finally on hearing all this, that poor pregnant lady denied to boys to help her anymore and she decided to travel by standing throughout the journey.
That was the experience that day and i know that most of the people face same situations in their daily life.
But whenever we deny to help to someone really needful, we always forget that we can also need help from someone else, and whenever somebody refuses to help us, we think that what a fool, stupid, rude blah blah.....is that guy.
But we should always remember that if we want love, respect and help, then we should also treat others in the same manner..............
