India @ 64 - Independent and shining India

Today, India is celebrating its 65th independence day, and like every Indian , i also feel very proud on this wonderful occasion .
India got freedom as a result of many sacrifices , glory, greatness and love for the nation by each Indian. Every person , from Mahatma Gandhi to Subhash Chandra Bose. From Bhagat Singh to Chandrashekhar Ajaad; there are so many great and immortal people without whom we could not have take breath in the air which is full of independence. Actually the contribution of these people is so big that no body can forget these people.
In Mahatma Gandhi's era , India seen a glimpse of freedom and he showed us that now India can not live anymore under British rule.
Mahatma Gandhi’s 1942 Quit India movement or The INA army launched by Netaji Bose to free India or the Royal Indian Navy Mutiny of 1946? According to the British Prime Minister Clement Attlee, during whose regime India became free, it was the INA and the RIN Mutiny of February 18-23 1946 that made the British realise that their time was up in India.

The significance of the Independence Day in the existence of a nation is of greater value. The day is much more than merely celebrating the anniversary of India’s free statehood. On this day India attained a major part of Asian subcontinent’s 562 extensively spread territories besides British owned states.
15th August 1947 symbolizes the victory of Indian patriotism which the nation got after uncertain yet brutal struggle from the repression of the British colonialism. The British, who oppressed India for centuries had primarily arrived to initiate business but steadily captured the entire government of the nation. They educated the Indians and in the process generated enthusiasts who weren’t hesitant in helping them expanding their regime. Men and women from all over India joined hands and fought for India’s freedom. Many were acclaimed while others contribution went unnoticed. However, praise wasn’t what they desired for. It was the dream of free and autonomous India which motivated them to walk the path of struggle unselfishly. Neither did they battle for their region nor for their natives, but for India and Indians.
Thats why not only Indians but all the citizens of the world should respect their freedom and always try to save it, because the freedom that we are enjoying , is a result of lots of sacrifices, lives and emotions.................JAI HIND and happy INDEPENDENCE DAY.........
